Hi, I’m Bill Macario – your go-to real estate expert with a true passion for all things San Antonio! After living in this amazing city for over 20 years, I’ve come to know its diverse neighborhoods like the back of my hand, thanks in part to my time working with my brothers' landscaping company.

My journey into real estate started with a residential fencing business, where I learned the value of exceptional customer service and high-quality craftsmanship. Wanting to take my skills to the next level, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. That education opened doors to working with America’s largest general contractor, where I’ve mastered the art of contract negotiation, construction budgeting, and process management.

But my passion didn’t stop there. I teamed up with my brother and best friend to co-found a residential property management company. Together, we handle everything from renovations and listings to tenant screening and property maintenance, offering a full-service approach for our clients.

With hands-on experience in property management, construction, and my own real estate transactions, I bring a unique perspective to every deal.
